How does the application process work?
This is how the application process works.
Once you send us your documents (cover letter, résumé, and certificates) by email, we typically get back to you within a few days. If you leave a positive first impression, you will receive a link through which you can easily schedule a first interview. This initial meeting takes place as an online video call, where we quickly determine whether we are a good fit.
If the conversation is positive for both sides, we invite you to a trial workday. This helps you and us gain an even clearer picture of what collaboration could look like.
If the positive impression is confirmed, the remaining steps are merely formalities. This means the entire process from application to hiring can proceed quickly and smoothly.
Because it is important to us that applicants feel valued, too!
Are flexible working hours possible?

We place great importance on accommodating the individual needs within our team.
That’s why we work flexibly – with clear core hours, but plenty of room for personal scheduling.
And the best part: We usually ease into the weekend – on Fridays, the workday often ends as early as 2 p.m.!
